Marie-Berthe LeBlanc of St-Joseph (formerly of Memramcook East) passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at the age of 84.
 Born in St-Joseph on March 23, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Hervé and Lydie (Cormier) Gaudet.
She will be sadly missed by her four daughters, Jeannine (Donald) Lirette of Scoudouc, Phyllis (Danny) LeBlanc of Breau Creek, Anise (Ronald) Lirette of Shediac Cape and Corinne (Maurice) Vautour of Dieppe; four sons, Elie (Bernice) of Dieppe, Francis (Marie) of St-André, Allain (Jeannine) of Memramcook East and Rhéal (Anne) of Dieppe; 16 grandchildren: René, Sylvie, Michelle, Jérémie, Luc, Gaston, Pauline, Vicky, Jesse, Noël, Denise, Denis, Micheline, Liette, Marco and Josée; 16 great-grandchildren: Léa, Céleste, Isabelle, Vincent, Jacob, Benjamin, Solomon, Ezékiel, Samuel, Mikaël, Joshua, Sean, Scott, Maëlle, Lexie and Simon; seven sisters, Aline (late Edouard) LeBlanc of St-Joseph, Louise (late Romuald) LeBlanc of Memramcook East, Stella (late Edmond) Cormier of Moncton, Anita (Alyre) Landry of Memramcook East, Corinne (Gerry) Cormier of Dieppe, Marie (Joe) Breau of Old Shediac Rd and Thérèse (late Gérard) Vautour of Cap-Pelé; three brothers, Léo-Paul (late Jeannette) Gaudet, Alban (Jeannine) Gaudet and Robert Gaudet all of St-Joseph and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Oscar (1978); her son, Gaston (1979) and a special friend Léo-Paul Dupuis.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home with the Funeral mass to be held on Tuesday, August 25 at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
